Marguerite Dooley is Vice President at 270 Strategies, where she helps organizations design and execute campaigns that engage people and drive results. She brings more than a decade of experience across climate and environmental advocacy, electoral campaigns, and coalition-based initiatives to her work at 270.

Marguerite works closely with leaders to develop strategy, align key players, and build campaigns that translate big-picture goals into actionable plans. Her work centers on storytelling, finding the right voices to amplify the work of her clients and reach and motivate the communities they need to bring into the next phase.

She believes that durable change is built through strong relationships, clear strategy, and campaigns that first meet people where they are, but don’t leave them there. Her clients have included the Climate Action Campaign, Defend Our Future, and the Illinois Democratic Party. When not at work, she can often be found putzing around in her garden or watching Bravo.
