Morgan Ross is a Senior Associate at 270 Strategies, specializing in programmatic and strategic initiatives. As a Senior Associate, Morgan provides direct support to client teams, helps execute client strategy, and has aided in developing strategic plans for clients in New York, Georgia, and Wisconsin.

Before her time at 270 Strategies, Morgan worked and volunteered on a number of political campaigns between 2020 and 2024, including a tenure on the Harris-Walz presidential campaign. Prior to her involvement in the 2024 election cycle, Morgan worked as a Data Associate for a Connecticut-based hedge fund analysing financial data.

Morgan earned her B.A. from Yale University, double majoring in Environmental Studies and Political Science. She is currently based in New York, NY. Outside of work Morgan loves to cook, read, and recently ran the 2025 TCS New York CIty Marathon.
